The engagements list displays a list of engagements entered by your organization. You can sort the list of engagements by clicking on the column name. Clicking the column name again will reverse the sort order.
You can filter (control what engagements are visible in this list) by clicking the filter icon in the upper right corner of the list. Each column will display a field or selector that allows you to limit the engagements in the list by the criteria you enter into the filter. For instance, if you enter “assistant” in the name filter field, the list will refresh and the results in the list will only contain engagements with “assistant” in the name. Clicking the filter icon again will hide the filter options and return the original results of the list.
You can also add a new engagement by clicking the Add Engagement button in the upper right corner.
Clicking the View button on a engagement row will take you to the engagement details.
