GiftWorks Cloud provides the convenience of sending a mailing for a donation directly from the donations overview section. This feature provides a smooth and easy mailing process, rather than going through the mailing tool and searching for the donation or pledge of interest.
Step 1: Start by selecting 'Send message' within the details of a donation.
In addition to sending an email or letter, GiftWorks Cloud also allows the creation of labels and envelopes. For labels and envelopes, you’ll see a further set of options to customize the size of each.
Step 2: Next, you can either select an existing mailing template or draft a message from scratch. If you wish to use an existing template, you can choose to make edits to it during this time. Any changes made during this process with only effect this particular mailing and not the template itself.
Once you have finished selecting your letter template and making any necessary changes, you will finish by selecting to 'Send Letters' to record the mailing within the constituents profile.
