Adding a donation table to your mailing:
During the mailing process you will click "Insert Donation Table". This is located right above your insert fields drop down.
In total, you can choose a maximum of 8 columns to be selected and displayed in the donation table to be contained within the mailing.
Within this table you also have the option of choosing the order of the selected columns. This is done by highlighting your chosen field within the “Selected” section. Once highlighted, click on the “Up” and “Down” buttons shown below to re-order the Fields. This will then be populated / printed to the mailing in that order.
If you wish to add/remove columns from this donation table, you can do so by highlighting chosen field for removal within the “Selected” section. Then click on the “Remove” and “add” buttons shown below to add or remove the Fields to the “Selected”. What is contained within the “Selected” will be populated / printed to the mailing in that order.
Once you've finished customizing the donation table you will click "OK', the customized table will then be added into your mailing letter:
