To confirm, the Username is the full email submitted at registration and the Password is the 8 character or longer password also created at registration. Support is not given permissions to view these passwords and they expire 1 hour from the time of request.
1.Visit https://connect.truist.com and put email address for profile into Username and the password created at registration.
2.If the password does not work, click “Forgot Password” link.
3.Answer both security questions correctly to be sent a temporary password. Be aware that these temporary passwords expire after one hour and originate from a no-reply email address.
If a question is answered incorrectly, it will lock the profile. To check if the profile is locked, enter the email address into the “Forgot Password” link. If it asks questions, it is not locked. If it asks for the account ID and access code, unlock the profile under the listing.
4.If unsure what the answers are, click “Skip this question” under the answer box and enter the account ID and access code to reset the password and questions.
5.Enter temporary password and create new password for the profile. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number or special symbol, i.e. “1” or “!”
