After selecting whether you are creating labels or envelops, selecting your mailing type (constituent, donations, pledge, etc.) you will see your merge variables defaulted within the screen.
Finish by selecting your Label Type, and how you would like to Sort Labels/Envelopes > Click Print.
You will now see the option to download your Labels/Envelopes as a PDF or Word Doc. Downloading the file as a Word Doc will allow you to alter the labels or envelopes if necessary prior to printing them from your computer.
