We have added the ability to have the system send out Thank You and New Team Member Emails when the Participant/Team Member is added via Data Entry. Here are the Emails that now Send on Data Entered Participants and Team Members:
Thank You - Solicited Donation (Thanks for your donation, solicited)
Thank You - Unsolicited Donation (Thanks for your donation, unsolicited)
Thank You - Team Donation (Thanks for your donation, Team)
New Sponsor Notification (You have a new sponsor)
New Team Sponsor (You have a new team sponsor)
Setup New Data Entry Batch
In the Admin Console Click “Data Entry” and then click “Batch Management.” Then Click “Setup New Data Entry Batch.” We have added the option to enable emails to send on each batch created. To allow the emails to send for newly added participants and sponsors check the option of “Send donation thank you emails to offline entered donors.”
- You will need to enable the Emails on the event for the system to send the emails.
- The emails will send when the record is created in the Data Entry Batch. You do not need to Post the Batch First.
