Have a question / concern that needs answered about an auction or item? Here is how to contact them:
1.) Log into your bidder account on Biddingforgood by choosing bidder in the top-left corner of the page. If you are already signed in, you will see the page saying "Welcome (Your name)".
2.) Go to "My Account" in the top-left corner of the page. Choose the "My Purchases" link on the left side of the page if you have already purchased an item. Otherwise, choose "My Bids".
3.) You will see a list of all of the purchases or bids you have made depending on your selection. Click on the item's name next to the item you wish to reach out about. This will take you to the homepage of the event.
4.) There is a button below the item image that says "ask a question about this item". When clicked, this will open a form which you can use to send a message to the hosting organization.

After completing step 3, on the very bottom of the organization's webpage, there will be a "Contact Us" link to the right of the social media links. There should be an email and/or phone option available.
If you have reached out to the organization both ways as shown above, and have not received a response in a appropriate amount of time; please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please give us the organization's information and the question/concern, and we can assist you in contacting them.
