Bidders who have registered for your auction (or have placed a bid in your auction) will be automatically included in the Auction Participants List.
To send an email to just the Auction Participants list:
- Go to Promotion > Email > Send Email.
- Select the message you wish to send
- Check off the box next to Include Auction Participants.
- Select when to send the message (now or at a later time).
Please note: The Auction Participants email list is cumulative and includes all bidders from your current and past auctions.
You may also include those who have been included through the to Refer-a-Friend and Email Updates features to receive auction updates by checking the box next to Include Interested Persons.
