As you process each purchase (under Close Out > Process Payments), the winners' payment information will automatically be sent to the selected processor.
- Under Close Out > Process Payments: The cards that were successfully sent to Stripe, IATS, or Greater Giving will have a status of Complete. Cards that failed will have a status of Failed. Follow these instructions for Failed transactions.
- Note: By default, the Close > Process Payments page displays all Failed & Unprocessed Purchases. You can use the pull down menu to view the following types: Unprocessed, Failed, Complete, Processing, or All Purchases.
- Credit Card Transaction Report: This report has a full listing of all charges sent through your payment processor and their results.
