Welcome to Your New Donation Form

By now, you have your page URL and instructions and how to post it on your website. All of the must have's are in place and your form is ready to receive donations.

In this article, we will share with you many of the 'extra' features that you can take advantage, if you wish.

1. Add administrators

When you first get access to your FrontStream platform, you will be set up as the primary administrator. You can set up as many additional administrators as you need.

2. Set up a monthly donation plan and enable the payment type
Administrators can configure donation or event forms to allow donors the option to specify the processing date and number of donation installments for their reoccurring gifts.

Step One: From the admin console, choose an event and then click on Event Settings. Step Two: Within the Donation section, select the Allow donor to cover the processing fee checkbox.

5. Allow donors to send Ecards to their family and friends
Tip: In order for e-cards to work you need to enable the associated E-card emails in the Email section. Step 1 Click on Card Management.

To mass enable your emails, select the checkbox of an email section. Please note, if you have created a custom Layout, you will need to apply these to each email.

10. Set up titles for your donors (Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr.)
This feature allows you to set up titles, such as Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr. The titles you set up here are available for donors to choose when entering their name on your website.
