This error is usually caused by using a different email address as the 'From' address in the GiftWorks mailing process than the email address that is defined in Outlook, particularly in the case of Microsoft Exchange. To resolve it
- Check your Drafts folder in Outlook to see if the message(s) is there.
- Open a message and click Send. It should return an error message indicating that you cannot send email with another address.
- Return to GiftWorks and change the From address to match the address that is set up in your default account in Outlook
