SmartList that Excludes 'No Mailing/No Email Address'

If you need to create a SmartList that excludes donors who have invalid addresses or email addresses you can create a new list or edit an existing list. Next, click on the Don't Show tab then click on the Add criteria Setlink. Click to select the criteria category.

To exclude those with invalid addresses, choose Address Info>Partial Address Lines. Leave the field blank and click Ok

To exclude those with invalid email addresses, choose Phone/Email Info>Partial Email. Leave the field blank and click Ok

Follow the rest of the steps to name and save your SmartList and Customize as needed. The SmartList will show you only donors who have information in all of the above fields.
