You can format Labels or Envelopes from within the mailing process when sending Letters or from the Print Labels or Print Envelopes options on the Main Mailing screen.
From Send Mail
Begin a mailing by going to the Mailings Section and then select the source of your mailing. On the Choose Options screen choose either Send Letters & Labels or Send Letters & Envelopes. There will now be a section below the Sort options for Label Type or Envelope Type. Select Format Labels or Format Envelopes. Scroll down to the Formatting Options area below to continue.
From Print Labels or Print Envelopes
Choose the donor or list that you want to use to generate Labels or Envelopes. Click on the Label Options or Envelope Options link and then choose Format Labels or Format Envelopes. Scroll down to the Formatting Options area below to continue.
Here you have the options to choose the fields you want to insert into the labels or envelopes and also change the sorting. For labels you can change the printing direction and for envelopes you can add Return Address information. You can change the font of the labels and envelopes here as well. To make sure the font of the fields is adjusted, you will need to highlight the inserted fieldsbeforeclicking the Font button and selecting a different font. Click Ok and the Labels or Envelopes will regenerate with the changes you made. These formatting changes will be saved for your next mailing.
