How to create a mailing list

Below are the steps to create a mailing list

  1. Click on the Mailings icon
  2. Click on Manage Mailing Lists (under Related Actions on the left)
  3. Click on Add list. Name the list/check box to add to my favorite mailing list /click OK
  4. Click on the list
  5. Click edit list
  6. Click on the Donors tab near top of screen
  7. Click Add Donors (to add an existing mailing list or SmartLlist) or click onAdd Donor to add an individual donor separately
  8. Click Next
  9. Click Done
