When you archive an event, it no longer appears in the list of active events on the Events tab, will not appear in reports on the Reports tab, and is not searchable using the Relationships tab.
Tip: Administrators can still display the list of archived events by selecting Archived as shown below:
Step 1 Choose your Event from the Events Tab
Select the event you wish to archive.
Step 2 Choose Edit Information
Step 3 Change your Event Status to Archived
Step 4 Click Submit.
