Resetting a locked out registrant account

About Lockouts: A lockout will occur if the participant enters their password incorrectly for 6 consecutive attempts.

Step 1 Search the registrant in the Relationships Tab

Search by any of the fields available and click the registrant name.

Step 2 Select Edit Account Information

Step 3 Check Disable Lockout

Click save.
