To avoid the possibility of posting duplicate transactions to QuickBooks in GiftWorks select the date range that includes those transactions and click post (this will post them to a CSV file). GiftWorks marks those transactions as posted and they will no longer be included in future postings. After you complete your posting, you can view the Transaction Register to see the updated Posted Status for your transactions.
When you select a date range for posting, GiftWorks only includes un-posted transactions that fall within that date range. The only way to post transactions that are marked posted is to re-post a previous post. You'll see a list of your previous posts on the Post Transactions page
