- Click on the Mailings section
- Select Manage Letter Library from the Related Actions menu.
- Select Honorarium/Memorial Thank You Letter from the Donations letters.
- Click Edit. Edit the letter and where it is appropriate to mention the names of the two different people
- Click on Insert Field and select Donation Fields and then click on Donation Notes.
- Make any other changes, click Save and name the letter When you Add a Donation, enter the names of the individuals in the Additional Notes field and then click Save.
- Click on the Mailings section and click on the Donation Thank You Letters link
- During the Select a Letter step select the Honorarium/Memorial letter you edited earlier. The names of the individuals will be included in the letter and as well as the single donation total
