Empty screen on start up

If you get a completely blank screen on startup of GiftWorks, with only File-Exit as an option in the top left corner, you may need to follow the steps below. Below are the instructions we have used in the past to resolve this particular issue. Please take note of the warning at the bottom.

Check for malicious software:
