How to add new Constant Contact Lists after initial sync with Frontstream CRM (GiftWorks)

Step 1:  Create the new list in Constant Contact

Sign in to your Constant Contact account and create the new list

Step 2: Update the sync with GiftWorks to add the new Constant Contact List into Frontstream CRM (GiftWorks)

Go to Settings > Tools Updates and Integration > Email Services > Constant Contact > Synchronize with Constant Contact

Click on the Update Lists link in the Change Integration Settings area on the right

You will see the new list you created in Constant Contact here.

Choose the option that best suits you from the dropdown list then click Finish

Click the Update Now button

Step 3:  Add donors to the Constant Contact Mailing List in Frontstream CRM (GiftWorks)

Go to Mailings > Manage Mailing Lists (on left side of screen)

You should now see the new Constant Contact List here

Click on that list and click on the Edit List button at bottom 

Click the Donors tab then choose to Add Donor or Add Donors (to add the contents of a Mailing List or SmartList)

To add the contents of an existing Frontstream CRM (GiftWorks) Mailing list or SmartList, click the Add Donors button.  Choose Mailing Lists or SmartLists then pick your list and click Next

 

Click Done when finished.

Step 4:  Update the sync with Frontstream CRM (GiftWorks) to add the donors to the new Constant Contact List into Constant Contact

Go to Settings > Tools Updates and Integration > Email Services > Constant Contact > Synchronize with Constant Contact

Click the Update Now button
