Something isn't working properly. What is wrong with my account?

More often than not, technical issues that you or a requester encounter while using the request form or administrative back end of AIRS, are a result of an outdated web browser. Does the page not load after approving or rejecting? Do you see a bunch of numbers jumbled around when trying to review request details? Your outdated web browser is highly likely the culprit. Make sure the web browser you are using is up to date. We highly recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when using AIRS.
