The Iframe is another option for getting the request form on your website. The Iframe embeds the request form into your website, versus having your form as a clickable link that opens up a standalone page. You can create the Iframe under Set Up> Iframe. Once you register the URL where the form will live, an HTML code will be generated that you can share with your webmaster.

*Note: When using the Iframe, only the form questions are embedded into your website. You do not see any design elements or the top part of your form where you introduce your community program, guidelines and response policy. In addition, we always suggest adding a hyperlink to the stand alone page for any requesters who experience technical difficulties. With this in mind we suggest completing all site design and site content customizations should anyone need to visit the standalone page.
