I already paid my signup fee, why am I getting an Invoice?

In some cases, you may have already paid your fee either online, through a sales rep, or through some other means outside of ePay. This invoice is for your records only.

If you require confirmation, you can register for ePay (see Registering for ePay) and view your historical invoices and payment.

Once registered, please select Paid Transactions to view the invoices that have been paid in full. You can also look at payment history to confirm that your payment has been received.
