As the nonprofit you are able to remove (reject) and/or edit an offline donation.
- Please sign into your nonprofit account.
- Choose the event in which the donation is associated with.
- Select View Donors (on the right hand side column).
- On the Supporters menu item, click on the donor’s name for more details.
- Click Edit to review and set the donation status and set back to unconfirmed.
To Edit: Select your supporter again and then edit the donation accordingly and set to confirmed, then select save.
To Reject: Select your supporter again and then reject the donation and save your changes.
Tip! The removal of any offline donation can only be done at the nonprofit level. If you have a fundraising page and would like an offline donation removed or edited, please contact your nonprofit directly.
