If a registrant registers for your event and opts out of creating a personal fundraising page they will receive an email containing a link that will prompt them to create their page.
Please advise them to check their junk mail or spam folder for an email from support@firstgiving.com or no-reply@firstgiving.com.
As the Non-Profit, you have access to the link your registrant is sent to create their page.
Log into your Non-Profit account:
Select the FirstGiving icon at the top of your page:
Select the event that your registrant is registered for. Select the option to View Participants in the bottom right-hand corner.
Search for the registrant who needs to create a fundraising page.
In the column titled "Create Page Url" there will be a link.
Provide your registrant with that link and they will be prompted to create their personal fundraising page.
**Please ensure that you are providing the correct links to the correct registrants**
