If the ticket has not been processed:
In order to remove a ticket order:
Under close out > Close your auction > ticket orders, please choose payment and comments beneath the ticket order, and choose remove ticket order.
If you are unable to remove the ticket order, please contact support by clicking submit a request above.
Please indicate the following:
- Complete order details. (ex. Persons name, amount of tickets purchased)
- Name of your Organization and Auction
We will then remove the ticket order for you.
