To begin you will need to sign in to your account.
Where is the Participants Report?
Step 1: From your Panorama Dashboard select the project that you want to see the data for.
Step 2: On the left-hand side select Participants
What is the Participants Report?
This report provides you with all the information for those that have registered or created a page for your event.
You can view your participants first and last name, email address, how much they have raised, if they met the fundraising minimum, the date they registered, and their registration type.
To view more detailed breakdown (i.e. address, team information, answers to the custom questions, etc) select the option to Export, located in the upper right-hand corner.
How to Filter and Search for Participants
You are able to filter this report by selecting All Teams to view all participants or selecting a specific Team to view all participants associated with that team.
If you are looking for a specific participant, instead of scrolling through your report you are able to use our handy search feature!
You are able to search by using the participant's first or last name.
Editing Participant Details
After you have chosen the participant you want to work with, you can view their Participant Details by selecting their name.
This will provide you with the amount they have raised, their personal goal, team information, and more.
By selecting the Edit button you are able to edit any of the answers to the custom questions asked during registration, change the participant's team, add a team, remove a participant from a team, and make a participant team captain.
Once you have made your changes select the Save button.
